Really lucky to have Starzecs in Keynsham as they always do a 1st class job, their honesty and costs outshine other businesses out there.. I hope they are around for a long time yet, considering all the other long term businesses in the High Street are shutting up shop.

I took a favourite handbag in for repair, not knowing if anything could be done... Not only was it mended immediately, but a previous repair I had attempted myself was also repaired! Outstanding service

Thank you very much for your help when I came in about an old vintage watch. You took your time to help me find the best strap and encouraged me to keep the watch as it was a nice one. The strap at first didn't quite fit so you went out of your way to customise it. Your customer service was excellent thank you.

Excellent service replaced watch strap reasonable prices. Fascinating to see tradition shoe repairs, support them, they deserve all the custom they can get. With shoe prices at 60 plus it is worth repairing again.
