        Andrews has stonewalled us for some time regarding maintenance they are refusing to undertake while still taking large sums from leaseholders.

        Andrews have been put in charge of managing the communal areas of our site although the developer should have handed it over to the residents. The site is still not finished, the landscaping isn't up to date. Staff turnover is an issue. We again have someone else in charge of the site who has no idea what's happening and told me a month ago that they're meeting with the developer at the end of this month and will know more then. To be charging management fees for months when work isn't complete or up to date and to have no idea what's happening is shameful. Due to the ongoing issues with the site management we have had our local MP write to the developer to try and get this resolved

        Shocking customer service - they do not respond either at the admin level or the tech management level. They have had to pay me compensation for damage to my tenanted property for not fixing leaks and loss of confidence in me as a landlord with my tenant . Still battling with them to get recognition on service charge fees. It goes on and on. My advice do not use
