Keynsham Post Office

A friend of mine who is disabled had a nasty fall in Keynsham post office yesterday. Three other customers kindly helped her get up. However, the post office staff member refused to record this incident in the Accident Book. I was not with her but she was distressed still when I saw her not long after. The manager or area manager needs to be informed of this.

There is usually only one member of staff serving so queues are always out the door, (not the staffs fault) I have tried visiting at different times of the day and it appears to always be the same. The staff are always helpful when served though, in particular a member of staff called josh who always is friendly and helpful, just a shame hes always left on his own to serve everyone and customers are usually waiting on average 30 minutes at a time.

I found this post office so awful. Having been scammed I was looking for actual useful advice however all I got was josh telling me he still got paid!!
