He also went above and beyond with offering to give me advice on a separate issue I had with my bath which didn't require his attention. Richard responded immediately to an emergency situation to replace a cracked cistern with a new modern toilet. Following this, in the last few weeks he has replaced kitchen taps and installed a new radiator and necessary pipework below floorboards. He is an experienced professional who works with care and checks all tasks carefully to make sure things work as they should. Great service. Friendly and reliable Called up with a short notice repair needed and Richard helped out really quickly even though he was busy. Kept me informed of progress and did a fab job. Would definitely recommend.
