Beth is a great pilates teacher. I started post natal classes six months after having my second child and I really appreciated her patience (and baby holding!). I noticed a difference in a few weeks (I had back pain and some of the exercises really helped). It was great to be able to join online when I couldn't be there in person. I would totally recommend!

Beth is an excellent pilates teacher! The class was always very well thought out and Beth always took the time to give personalised teaching. Me and my son were made to feel very welcome every session

I did Beths pregnancy Pilates classes for my last trimester and absolutely loved it. As I got further into pregnancy Beth made modifications in each class to suit me. I love her classes as its a real mix of feeling the burn, getting a good stretch and ending with a little relaxation. Beths a fantastic teacher and I will definitely be joining her postnatal classes!

Pregnancy Pilates was great, Beth was lovely she really helped me, as i suffered with back pains she would give me specific exercises to help ease the pain. She would simplify the exercises to suit my needs. I enjoyed it that much, that Im considering to go to the postnatal class. Thank you Beth.

Id thoroughly recommend Beths Pilates classes. Ive been to her antenatal, post natal and mixed ability classes at different stages, each of which have been very enjoyable. Beth makes the classes really friendly, fun and she always provides easier exercises and more challenging options to suit your ability and energy levels!
