        I rung up in the morning to see if there was a chance of a screen repair of my phone that has been broken since the lockdown started in March. I wasn't able to visit the shop in person due to self-isolation so I was really pleased when Alex offered to pick my phone up (contact free). When he came at lunchtime, we discussed my options and pricing and agreed on a screen replacement. Alex said I should have my phone back by the end of the day which I was a bit sceptical about. He surprised me when he turned up in the evening with my fixed phone! I was provided with a receipt & warranty too. Thank you so much, Bristol Gadgets, for your first class service!
