Clear terms and conditions sent pre first visit. Good security at entrance to a very clean, well organised unit with excellent provision for dog grooming. Melissa is friendly and welcoming when gathering info re our sprocker Melissas calm, friendly approach supported our nervous young sprocker very well. Melissa adapted the grooming to meet his needs by using scissors alongside the clippers. He looked very well groomed and very smart in his personal neckerchief and smelt so fresh. The equipment and facilities are very hygienic, well maintained and regularly updated. Thank you Melissa for providing a super, well managed grooming session with such sincere care, attention and very friendly approach. Thank you.

Cody my shitzu just runs into Scruffy to Fluffy he just loves the staff and always has a prefect groom it is the cleaness groomers we have been to the staff are so good at deciding the best groom for Cody so he always looks good thank you so much

Mel has done my 3 dogs a few times now and they are always happy to be left and come back looking lovely. Especially good with one of mine that is a bit nervous being groomed. Highly recommend.

We have been going to Melissa now for a year and she is a fantastic groomer! She has a real passion for animals and always does an amazing job, the complimentary bandanas are always my favourite and Ash comes home smelling amazing every time.
