Ignition barrel, dropped off by the RAC, a Day later no phone call to let me know what was going on, on the second day, I had a phonecall to tell me the work had been carried out and I owe 480! Straight away they could tell I wasnt happy, they called me back after 5 mins and said they could take 140 off my bill, they charged 140 for the part and told me it was 290 call out fee to get the part delivered plus vat. When I disputed it the receptionist lied and said it was so expensive because the locksmith is professional and he very thorough, when actually the Asian mechanic told he was the one who Fitted the part as he told me it was his first time fitting one of these.RAC will be contacted

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE THEY DISSOLVED LIMITED COMPANY SO NO LONGER ON RAC WARRANTY LIST HOW CANT HAVE COMPANY INSURANCES WITHOUT BEING A LIMITED COMPANY DROPPED A BOLT IN MY ENGINE WHILE REPLACING A ENGINE PART CAUSING 6000 DAMAGE WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE RISK THEY KEPT GETTING THINGS WRONG NOT ATTACHING PARTS PROPERLY CAUSING LEAKS WONT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR DAMAGE EITHER

Unfortunately our experience has been very poor. Incrediably similar to earlier review in relation to communication, duration (over 10 weeks) and inability to repair. Car was not fixed, taken to another garage and we have been charged 1,000's which we paid in good faith. We've been left feeling very poorly treated and significantly out of pocket. We are discussing this with the RAC and will be pursuing to understand what has gone on.

Were fantastic for me and replaced my gear cables efficiently ,and kept me posted of developments. Would highly recommend.
