This activity provides an excellent to stretch yourself both physically and mentally. First class instruction and a wonderful group experience where all abilities support, help and encourage each other. Best club environment I have ever experienced.

Zenshin Dojo at Keynsham is an extremely welcoming group of like minded people. Excellent instruction, guidance and support for total beginners all the way through to the more experienced members. Always plenty of variety in classes held in such a friendly, fun way. Would highly recommend giving it a go, so much more than fitness...a holistic approach for mind and body!

Zenshin is a friendly, relaxed and community focused club which I recommend The focus seems to be teaching and enjoying practical karate rather than feeling like a conveyer belt through grades which has been my experience at some other clubs. Practice is varied, we do; kata, pad work, ground work, fundamentals and specific self-defence techniques. The instructor Nick is fun and friendly and takes care to teach the foundations of each movement and stance. If you want a non-competitive environment to learn, practice and enjoy karate this is a club for you!
