we ordered 40 worth of food on Uber eats. The driver gave us the wrong order which I can appreciate happens, however, with 15 years of food service trade tucked under my belt, I've never experienced such terrible hospitality in all my life! Staff at the store just kept blaming Uber. No assistance with a refund nor offer of replacing the food. Just a simple "it's not our fault." Now I can appreciate it not you're fault but I've always looked after my customers even if it wasn't my fault. My partner has Coeliac disease (quite clearly stated on the order) which also meant the food that arrived was no good for us, as the Naan breads "Emma" (the other customer who got our food) had ordered had slipped out of their bag and spread gluten everywhere. I've worked many areas of hospitality and have done a short time in an Indian restaurant myself. We always replaced food regardless of who's fault it was. its just good hospitality. So now, just to point out, you've upset an existing customer who will not return and will advise others to go elsewhere, you've lost the money for the order as Uber have refunded us and you've also lost the money you spent on the product making the food as you've not recieved payment.. surely it would have been easier, cheaper and better for everyone involved to just simply replace our food? So to recap, you were correct, it wasn't your fault, but who's paying the price..?

I am not a Big fan of Indian food but we had a group booking and the majority love it so I went along and was happily surprised. I had a chicken sizzler (new dish to my knowledge) and it was brilliant tandoori cooked chicken was delicious moist and flavourful. Staff were brilliant a big group of 10 and everyone was looked after we had a really good time. Great place actually look forward to going back
