        Overall a good practice. Staff generally helpful and friendly. Nurses and GPs empathetic and understanding. However wait times can be ridiculous and getting through on the phone takes some pati. Not have many issues bar the phone call side of things

        Incredibly long wait time to get through and once you get there you have to deal with really obnoxious receptionists; however, once you meet with a nurse or doctor the service is really good.

        Temple House Practice has been my familys GP for many years. We have always found the staff to be kind and helpful. When seeking an appointment it is often necessary to hold on the telephone in a queue but we have never had a situation where we have not been able to promptly see a doctor in the case of a potentially serious matter. Highly recommended.
