Lucie helped me design some marketing cards. She understood the brief and was very patient trying out different layouts and tweaks to get it just right. She got back to me very quickly. Lucie has some excellent work flow tools in place, which means signing contracts, talking through briefs and delivering the art work all was seamless and clear.

Lucie has an exceptional gift. She brings the vision you have for your brand to life in ways that you could not even imagine at the beginning of the process. When your brand is a true expression of yourself and when your business is a major part of your life you want someone who genuinely understands how important it is to you and makes it equally important to them. I went to our initial meetings with a very fixed idea about how I wanted to represent myself in the marketplace and through Lucies process realized that I had so much more to communicate than the limited version I had allowed myself to see. Lucie spent time finding out about my business and the message I wanted to convey through my branding. She has a keen eye for look and feel as well understanding and interpreting what you are trying to achieve. She interpreted and created my initial vision but then also shared her ideas and her interpretation, which of course were far better than I could ever have envisaged. It was a truly collaborative process and Lucie was open and responsive to feedback; in fact her communication was consistent and reassuring throughout the branding process. Lucie is talented, helpful, patient and understanding, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I was thrilled with the brand image she has helped me create and feedback has been positive on all design elements from my social media templates and website, to my workbooks. It sounds silly, but having a well designed brand makes me want to stand proudly in my business and do what I do to the best of my ability.
