Scam, trust me do your self a favour and stay away as they will make it impossible to cancel with out paying a considerably high surcharge. Much better services out there that you can find local to you through a quick Google search.

Ive been with them for one year now, saves me money at my local vets on flea and worming treatments and annual jabs and check ups. No brainer for me really. Not had any need to call them as account ticking along nicely.

We have been members since November 2021. Just enquired about cancelling (annual anniversary was November 2022) and have been advised we would have to pay 90 (although no treatment received since the anniversary). To me this is a scam and you'd be better off with an insurance policy. 20% discount applied to Very few treatments / medication so it sounds a lot better than it is. I pay a quarter of the prices at Petdrugsonline. BEFORE deciding to do this, just be aware that whatever you do, you will not be making the "saving" they make you believe you will.

Scam. Go elsewhere or you will regret it. They do not want to deal with you or help you. They are purely incompetent. My vet told me I was supposed to get a welcome pack and terms and conditions which I did not. Am going to be placing a complaint with citizens advice
