        Absolutely phenomenal store, every visit I've had has been pleasant, with helpful and courteous staff. Never once have I struggled to find what I need. Hope it sees much success in its future!

        Feel sorry for the staff as very poorly managed & Area Manager/Head Office not interested sadly. This store is constantly closed with no warning (why are you unable to put out a sign with your opening times on??!) & when open & you need the Post Office, told several times recently that it is broken!! Always excusesits funny that the other Keynsham store has remained open throughout the pandemic & doesnt seem to have this problem Higher management need to stop making excuses, roll their sleeves up & get stuck in! NEEDS TO BE SORTED!
