The guy I spoke to on the phone the second time, who had already told us our food would be delivered within 10 minutes of my first call - left the phone on the counter and said loud enough for us to hear "Does someone else want to talk to her then, I'm sick of explaining myself to her!"
Please note, I didn't shout at this man, I simply asked where our food was.
We were then passed to another woman who couldn't understand us, and so we were then passed to a female Delivery Driver to explain that our food was late.
Bad service, especially from the man we had the displeasure of speaking to.
Edit: The food has finally arrived after nearly 2 hours of waiting (we live 2 minutes from the takeaway) so a shout out to Simon the lovely delivery driver who kindly gave us some fortune cookies and told us to make an official complaint!
We need more Simons - I hope he gets a raise and the other guy (who was apparently just stepping in) doesn't return.
