Had a terrible experience here and wont be using them again! 73Deceives! Thought Id provide some clarity I reviewed on behalf of my mother who was upset and disappointed after the bike service she received. She brought a cannondale synapse (six months old and cycled less than 3,000 miles) for a service last October 2022. On receiving the serviced bike back she took it out for a test ride before hoping to put it away for the winter. She cycled 100metres and had to turn around as shifting between the different chainrings and rear cassette was sticking and making a terrible noise with the chain loose and hitting the frame. She rang you and you asked for her to bring it back to you to rectify (over one hour thirty round trip from ). You apologised that something had been left undone snd then reassured her it was fixed. She then returned and put the bike away for the winter. This week she got the bike out to take for a test run only to find the problem wasnt fully fixed - she couldnt move fully through the gears (top ring) and although not unridable, the gears were not shifting smoothly and the chain was very loose. She was due on a group ride, due to urgency, took the bike to a local shop where she had to pay 15 for the gears to be indexed the also she was advised and a new chain was required. She was very disappointed as she has been bringing her bikes to you for services for many years (three different bikes all serviced by you). She isnt knowledgeable on bike mechanics and put her trust in you with her bike servicing with the expectation that she could trust you to do a good job and advise her if other repairs were necessary I.e new chain required! Surely this should have been notified at the service in October. This was communicated privately to the business but they never responded! I hope this can inform the decision of who is reading this.

Came here to purchase a helmet. Staff are very knowledgeable and they gave me a great deal. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again. A great LBS!

Great bike shop, staff are always welcoming and friendly. Got my bike serviced, amazing value for money considering the amount of work done, feels like a new bike! There was a slight issue after service but it was quickly resolved when I returned and again the staff were friendly and competent. Would recommend visiting as there's also a lot of stock in the shop too. Keynsham is lucky to have such a good independent bike shop.

Friendly staff and great service. I visited the shop to see if they sell a tool I needed to remove the bottom bracket on my MTB. They didnt but offered to remove it. Although it was really tricky to take off as it was tight. They left it lubricated overnight and managed to remove the next day and put in the new bottom bracket. All at a very reasonable price.
