Thomas was the auctioneer at a recent Ladies Who Rock event in London in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust. He was so lovely to work with and so professional - really helpful in advance with how we organised our auction items for maximum results too! Very happy!

Tom is a great guy. Due to a miscommunication a rather low value item (but which would be expensive to post) was located in Bath instead of London. When I complained about this, Tom offered to bring it in the car to London since he had an errand anyway. Of course a rather unique situation, but shows commendable attitude and service commitment.
