Shambles worst office have had the misfortune to deal with , mail signed for at wrong address but they claim not to have had parcel Royal Mail said GPS system tracked it to her , but she wont cough up , sorry thats the end nothing more we can do , two months later mail missing again now regular problem post woman /man not a clue neither does their manager , next doors mail today delivered to me , opening closing times different to ones on line always closed , drove there five miles to find others there moaning as it was closed

Its awful! Its closed on Monday at 12 noon!!! And not at 2 p.m!!!

Ditto all previous reviews + shocking customer service. When I suggested to them to update the opening hours for their business (which btw aren't accurate as of Aug 8th), the agent became really snarky ("I don't work for Google, mate") as opposed to e.g. escalating with their manager who should hopefully know better how Google business profiles work.
