I have recently had my initial appointment with Esther. I found her to be extremely attentive and was very thorough when going over my medical history. She even made certain points and suggestions that I had not even thought of. I went away from my first appointment extremely reassured that she could definitely help me, which was comforting as I have been experiencing health issues for many years. I was given a detailed exercise plan to follow together with other information for me to go through in readiness for my next appointment. I am so happy to have found Esther and and would have no hesitation in recommending her services.

Felt rather nervous at the thought of this consult, however Esther made me feel relaxed, calm and comfortable. She was patient with explaining and answering all my questions, and I left feeling lighter, more knowledgeable and empowered with a plan of action!

Well worth the visit. Esther was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and very quickly worked out what my issue was. Very happy that it is fixable and Ive started to see results within a week already. Thank you so much
