        A new customer to MTH, which we chose as a result of fairly extensive research on our new build in Cambridge which only uses OFNL. All the way through the process the web and telephone support has been very good. It definitely helps to build rapport when you talk to real live humans rather than bots. We had a number of questions at the start - answered in a helpful way by Tori esp around which package to go for. Made the decision to go ahead to day and was equally well helped by Gareth, esp doing the actual purchase online. Some additional quirks of our order like delivery were all handled with ease. So far a great customer experience from genuinely nice folk.
