Absolutely exceptional customer service from all the staff at the Kettering Branch. They went out of their way to help me when another company let me down. The equipment was superior quality to others and very useable too. Another thing worth noting was that they didnt patronise or speak condescendingly to me, being female, and a member of the public rather than trade! Thank you very much for all your help. Much appreciated. We will be coming to you again. I wouldnt bother with any other company!

Proper professional quality equipment! Plantool sorted me out with equipment that worked properly at very short notice after a larger national chain had let me down with stuff that was not up to the job. They also have some specialised machines like the multi disc sander I hired that you can't get elsewhere. Daniel and his staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall excellent service, I will be coming here for all future hire needs.
