        I used KLM taxis twice recently on the same day. Overall I was quite pleased with the customer service by both drivers however I thought that I paid too much for the return journey from where I was. Friendly and polite drivers though. Nevertheless I will still recommend them.

        Great experience with KLM. Pre ordered a taxi from Kettering to Broughton on a Saturday at 7pm. Taxi was on time and pulled up right outside the restaurant. Even though a major road was closed and a diversion was in place we were still only charged the quoted price. Good text alert system too. Will definitely use again!

        Dont give them a note if you expect change numerous drivers try to keep the difference !! Also they charge for waiting when turning up early for a booked time when its their fault and not yours
