Laure from customer care was empathic, quick to arrange a collection and sent me a new one straight away which arrived quick and intact. If I had to give a constructive feedback, It sometimes takes a couple of days to get an answer from support which can be frustrating and I was only able to get a rep on the phone when I called right at your opening hours, if not I could wait an hour on the phone. You could use some extra customer care reps :) Good experience otherwise.
