Such a bad experience. Ordered a sizzling steak and wasnt one so complained then steak came well done when asked for medium and was covered in fat and didnt sizzle. The plate was full with mushrooms. Paid for a Full Monty and only got a mini mixed grill. Crispy chicken sandwich came without nacho cheese sauce. Peas were rock hard. Ordered 2 cokes and then the barrel ran out so couldnt get them. We then had to order lemonade which was very watered down and tasted like sparkling water. The cutlery was unclean so we cleaned them ourselves. Said they didnt have any nachos for started but then nachos came on the other starter we ordered so they did have some. Have been coming here for years and had never been this bad so will not be returning.
