Kettering Post Office

Royal Mail Tracked 48 should be called Royal Mail Tracked 96. They sent me 3 delivery slots on 3 separate days for delivery of 1 parcel. Didn't attempt to deliver on the first 2 4 hours slots. Time wasted waiting in for a no show. Better late than never Special Delivery is even worse. What's happened to this company.

Came in to renew my driving licence and told the member of staff I have changed my name. She said I have to have an appointment to do that. So, I took the afternoon off work 4 days later. There was one there to do it for me so I waited in the enormous queue only to be told they cannot do the change of name for me, I need to fill a form in at home. They were very understaffed and the lady dealing with me was very apologetic, no complaints about her.but why oh who couldnt the member of staff the previous week have given me the correct information. So, SO frustrating and a complete waste of my time.

Unpleasant attitude from Mike on multiple occasions whilst using this branch. Rest of the staff are friendly.
