I can only assume that Mark, after 3 no shows and no communication whatsoever... is desperate for a poor review !! I'm sure he is very busy but to say on 3 occasions that he would be turning up and then not to appear does seem very unprofessional to us. No texts, no phone calls... no nothing !!! I would have had no problem if he had called to say he was too busy... or maybe didn't want to come out... as we could have then looked for another plumber. Unfortunately though, 9 days has now elapsed - so back to square one I guess !!

We had an issue with our toilet. Called A.P. Panther for help and within a few hours the job was done and the toilet was working again. Polite, friendly and professional company. Would recommend.
