        Avoid at all cost!! Rendering absolutely dreadful. Did not even last 2 years. All cracked and peeling, looks awful. Getting worse and worse, I'm waiting for it all to fall off then I can get a proper job from a reputable company not a cowboy. Rendering is supposed to last 20 years!! Not with John Tolton! Would not even come and repair it even though it is guaranteed for 10 years by the builders. I'm glad he is not hoi g to repair it considering the cheap nasty sub standard job he did in the first place. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
