Classy kuts

*edit after the groomers response* Let's start with the fact the lady opened her homes door with dirty hair in strands (not even tied up) and some questionable leftovers of make up, visibly days old, around her eyes. I don't judge and I understand mental health problems so I gave benefit of a doubt- clearly to regret it soon enough. Cherie's coat was NOT in a very bad condition. She has thinner coat and she had some chunks missing at the back of her tail and thighs where matts were chopped away by the rescue but that's all. The type of a coat she does have (Pomeranian) is one of easiest to work with anyways. The groomer responded the way she did only because I was unable to post pictures of what she has done to the dog here (feel free to see them on Facebook). And what she has done looked like toddler's job on their Barbie or worse. There were patches chopped off at the skin on the dog's chest inbetween longer, yet choppy leftover hair. Choppy and stair shaped texture all over, chunks of outer coat chopped off unevenly on her sides (in quite randomly shaped patches too) uncovering the undercoat, top coat on her back chopped at different lengths and in random directions on top of her back, hair on the sides of her face chopped in a random way and leaving lines cut into her hair, uniform and ugly. Hair on her tail which I wanted evened out after matts being cut out was also cut in uneven lengths leaving longer strands hanging. Her feathers which I asked to be taken off were shortened yet left long and the cut wasn't straight or even. The groomer cut off long hair from Cherie's feet but inbetween her toe beans everything was left long and messy. I can not believe the response she left and the audacity she has to call Cherie's coat difficult and in a "very bad condition" and I will be demanding my money back considering this woman's horrendous attitude and lack of decency!! She didn't respond to me on Facebook where I posted photographs of what she has done to the dog. And not one word of apology. And I told you I wanted her coat cut back AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE SO SHE CAN HAVE A FRESH START AFTER BEING IN KENNELS, now you're trying to say YOU THINK I wouldn't have wanted that (there was nothing for you to think, you were meant to do what was asked for). Thank goodness you didn't allow yourself cut any more or deeper in than you have had, at least we had a possibility to have Cherie fixed up a little and made to look decent despite of what you have done. *original comment* Sweet and lovely lady, sadly she chopped my Pomeranian cross so badly today we're going to someone else tomorrow for an emergency fix up. Wish I was told she can't do the job and I wish she didn't act like everything was fine at the pick up, I also wish I looked at the dog before I paid. Sad to be leaving a negative review as the lady seems genuinely lovely. But won't be going back again and I do not recommend to anyone with a long- haired dog.

This lady is extremely professional. I'm in love with her work! I took her my extremely difficult frenchie for nail clipping and a full groom and he came out looking like a star and so so happy! Highly recommended her services and me and moca will be back in 3months. Thank you so much! x

Very happy. Rocco looked beautiful on picking him up. Was so pleased he was jumping up to say goodbye to the lady just shows the love he got while being groomed. I would highly recommend.
