Im a disabled man with a carer to assist me for 4 hrs a day everything I do has to be planned like a military operation and Ive been a loyal customer for about a year or so and I had an appointment booked in advance 3 months ago and the night before the appointment my carer gets a phone call at 9pm saying Ive been double booked and Irene cant groom my dog at the time agreed she offered to do him later that morning but I had to cancel my plans and my carer wasnt available at that time has it went past her allowed 4 hrs no other offer was made to make it up-to me and I received no personal apology .so my appointment was essentially cancelled on very short notice ( 11 hrs ) I cant get to see another groomer for at least another 3 months so upshot ismy dog will be uncomfortable approaching the hottest weekend ever recorded and it be another 3 months until I can get him done professionally its just incompetence rude and unprofessional its left me feeling angry upset and very disappointed

Thank you Irene for another lovely groom for Roxy - she looks lovely as always and as I know you and your love for the dogs you groom you looked after her poorly leg so well. We both look forward to coming to see you and we both love you xx

Fantastic lady took my 2 dogs a labrador and a newfoundland x labrador they both had full grooms and they look amazing thank you

Irene is super nice and helpful, she groom's just how you want and your pooch will look and smell great.
