I can not recommend James highly enough, James is a great knowledgeable coach with the fantastic personality witch he gives you motivation to continue and achieve your goal. definitely five star isnt enough

Totally recommend James! Iv been having PT sessions with him for the past 7 months and it's been amazing! I was suffering quite badly with my back for the past 3 years and was a bit apprehensive doing physical exercise in case I damaged it more but can honestly say James made me feel comfortable and has dramatically improved my back since starting! Despite the early starts he is always super happy and worth every penny

I decided to get a personal trainer during lock down ( had put on a stone ) however it is not about that for me , its about my mental fitness and james is the best thing I ever googled. He is so motivating , hes a tonic to my week. I have a stressful job teaching secondary school kids and since I have had james training me it has improved my well-being undoubtedly. I could go on and on about the benefits but u have to try it for yourself .

I've been with James since March and its the greatest thing I ever did. I was one of those people who hated the gym and felt intimidated and embarrassed stepping inside one. James changed all of this! he got me enjoying exercise again, feeling more positive in myself, eating healthy and after years of trying- stopping smoking. I couldn't recommend a nicer bloke to change your life however big or small you want.

After a year training I would recommend James to anyone looking for a PT. From the first session he understood my individual needs and was always able to adapt to fit anything and any injury. Every session is different and yet every session pushes you and, whilst you may hate him for pushing you that much, I always left every session feeling so good, because James is always so positive. Not only have these sessions helped me physically so much but also mentally I feel so much better.
