    I hired Mark to help me with my confidence in the gym as it had been years since I last went. He was very friendly and knowledgable about everything we were doing and pushed me further than Id go myself which definitely helped me increase my lifts. He built a plan that helped my short comings when we had our sessions so I could push myself more. To summarise, Mark knows his stuff and has helped me build confidence when going to the gym with squats, chest press, deadlifts and more!

    I have been using Mark for nearly a year and feel my body is stronger in all areas. Ive run for many years and thought I had strong legs till I started exercising under Marks tuition. Now I have more defined leg muscle which assists with running. As well as a stronger upper body. Mark has adapted sessions when Ive been injured and worked on exercises specifically to aid recovery. His knowledge is vast. The sessions are always enjoyable as well as beneficial. Thank you Mark
