    I started training with Sally a few weeks ago. Ive exercised/trained quite a bit over the years but fell out of love with it due to a hectic work schedule and injury 2 years ago. Sally has really listened to my needs and has worked on a plan to give me back my confidence and work on my strength. I always feel brilliant after our sessions. Such a lovely lady too.

    I simply can't recommend Sally enough. She has been super supportive in my journey to get fit. From PT lessons to Circuits she has listened to my needs and made it fun. Circuit classes are such a great addition to PT sessions. Not only do you have a giggle you get fit too. I've tried many different classes and this has been the best so far. It's a smaller group and every ounce of thought goes into making sure all elements of our body are covered equally in the session. I know it works because since I started my body shape has changed and I fit into my clothes comfortably. Friends and family have also commented! Twice a week really is the magic number and more if you can! I am so happy I found you and this class Sally!

    Sally is Amazing! She motivates whilst being supportive. Love the circuit training that she puts on, its fun and gives everyone a real buzz. I have also used Sally for PT when I first arrived in the town which was fantastic. Cant rate this lady high enough! Sally you are Ace 5*****.

    I wish I could give Sally Mills PT 6/5 stars!! Sally is such a laugh, and an honest lovely person - the care for her clients always comes across, from her personalized session plans (that genuinely focus on what you're trying to achieve with your excercise goals) to how she will always make sure you're staying healthy and not damaging yourself (in being an amazing teacher on how to do proper form, and also making sure you're not too hard on yourself / falling into dangerous crash diets or eating habits). Sally has taught me that excercising and working towards body goals doesn't have to be this exaggerated self-torture and deprivation that it's often made out to be. The workouts she plans are always fun - not just bearable, but genuinely fun - and I honestly look forward to every session (yes, even on days where I really can't be asked!) - even her banter is 6 stars! She is amazing at helping ground and manage your expectations, but sets out a realistic and achieveable progress plan. Since January, I've been able to start such a healthier and more enjoyable lifestyle with all of the help and amazing, experienced, advice I've been given from her - and I'm truly seeing the progress I've always wanted. If this review sounds too good to be true, it's because Sally is too good to be true - but thank god she is and providing such an amazing PT service. I would write even more if this wasn't already long enough! Thank you Sally Mills PT you go girl!!
