It closes at 5:30 on bank holidays, so keep that in mind if you're visiting on one ..
We reached at the car park around 5:50 yesterday, but the management/security was available and unbelievably helpful.
They let us into the pocked mall, gave us access to the parking, and opened the shutters so we could leave...
All with a smile .. bless you folks .. cannot thank you guys enough...

And then the pay machines are miles away after 5:30 cause everything is shut! Guy on duty came to tell us we where getting to the car the wrong way...but not where the ticket machine was! Absolute joke! So unhelpful its beyond belief.
Park somewhere else if you need to stay after hours
