Quality Life Physiotherapy

For anyone struggling with problems, with their back and/or neck, such as pain and dizziness, I cant recommend Kerry enough. Her knowledge and training seems to exceed that of the many other Physios Ive had experience with over the years, having lived in many places. Not only is she a hands-on physio, which these days is becoming increasingly hard to find, but she works with incredible strength with her hands to really resolve the most stubborn knots in tight and painful muscles. In addition Kerry offers a bespoke service which includes exercises to do at home and is readily available on the phone should you need her between appointments. All in all, an excellent physiotherapist.

I recently had my tongue tie released and I felt that the muscles in my face, neck, shoulders and upper back were out of balance. Due to the tongue tie, some of the muscles were extremely overused whilst others were largely underused. I knew I needed physiotherapy to find out which muscles were weak and what exercises would help to strengthen them. Unfortunately there is not much knowledge or information out there on adult tongue tie, so I needed to find someone who specialised in treating TMJ as I believe that is the closest I can get to find an expert in this field. This is how I found Kerry. We had the initial assessment and Kerry recognised immediately which muscles needed exercising and suggested a treatment package. At the beginning of each session we discussed the exercises and I was given new ones as I progressed, then Kerry worked on the muscles which were overused, to ease them up. And oh boy, she has strong hands!! I could really feel the benefits of these sessions and very soon I could see the positive changes in my body. I highly recommend Kerry as a physiotherapist, she has a very friendly personality, puts you at ease and at the same time she is very professional. Thank you Kerry!

I chose Kerry at Quality Life Physiotherapy as she practices at my local Wellbeing centre, this made appointments easy to attend in a lovely relaxing environment. Kerry is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with a " hands on" technique which was what l was after. Sessions were great, online exercises were set and I had access to message Kerry at any point regarding and issues. I would highly recommend

I highly recommend Quality Life Physiotherapy. I have suffered with back pain for many years and have had various treatments over this time. The benefit I have experienced from just a few weeks of having treatment by Quality Life is amazing.

Kerry is a fantastic physio, and I highly recommend her. When I went to her I was in so much pain, and she has helped me enormously. Very technically skilled, she explains the physiology and provides lots of guidance on managing outside appointments. I have been to physios before, but Kerry is the best and most of the appointment is hands-on targeted massage.
