        No updates of when my jewellery would be finished. When I contacted myself I was told multiple dates. I went into the store on the exact day I was told it would be ready to be told it wasnt there theyd had no post. A middle aged woman with absolutely no customer service. She was ignorant rude and no help what so ever. A young man did join in the conversation to correct her saying they had had post just unfortunately my ring wasnt in there. He was much politer, I also dealt with him when I did eventually collect my ring and he was very informative.

        My twin girls had their ears pierced for the 7th birthday by AAT and credit where credit's due. It was a fantastic, friendly and professional service that was delivered. Thank you
