Warren James Jewellers - Kettering

Went to town especially to purchase from this shop but it was closed on Tuesday at 11.30am despite opening hours be8ng advertised as open on Tuesdays until 5.30pm. No note on door explaining why shut. Wasn't sure if to wait because someone had popped out or was coming late to open. Perhaps a mssage to Newlands mall office to ask for a notice to be put on shutters would be the best way to inform your customers that you weren't able to open up today. Maybe the area manager needs to have a plan in place to ensure customers know what is happening and then not have a wasted trip with car parking fees

Absolutely ridiculous heard rumours had finally opened Christmas eve left work early to get partners present and were closed before 430 Absolutely disgusting after being closed most of Christmas week

Bad quality jewellery, bought a 9ct white gold diamond engagement ring, 3 times one of the smaller diamonds fell out and then the band cracked which resulted in it eventually snapping. The ring had been replaced twice in one year due to diamonds falling out and then when the band snapped they didn't want to do anything as the ring was out of warrenty but due to isolating and different lockdowns it was hard for me to get to the store before warrenty ran out.
