However, I felt the need to come back and edit my review and give credit where it is due.
Weavers Medical have made some huge (overdue) improvements recently and these have really improved the patient experience.
When phoning and 8am, instead of waiting in a massive queue, there is now an easy option to receive a call back. This reduces the initial call time to around a minute or so.
The call backs are usually very prompt and the care navigators are generally a lot more polite and respectful, but more importantly very helpful and appointments seem to be easier to access.
