Recently parked at best buys, walked upto the hospital to collect a prescription, back down shopped in best buys came back to a parking fine of 70! Literally parked 14.29, fine given 14.40 as i was observed leaving the site. Paid for my shopping at 14.56. Barely even there 30 minutes. Absolutely shocking these people watching and preying on others parking to make money, so petty. I could understand if id parked there all day and night but this was not even 30 minutes. Watch out for mr happy people 16740!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I have multiple vehicles and accidently selected the wrong one during a 70 minute stay at Wicksteed Park to walk the dogs, costing me a ridiculous 60. I called and spoke to 3 different people who each had the combined IQ of an Ostrich. The company owner must be driving a nice car as I appear to not be the only one here. You're Welcome.

This company are totally unprofessional, after my ongoing experience with them they are seeking 110.00 from me despite being a blue card holder and parking in a disabled space in St. Mary's Hospital car park. I have send letters via email and post but to-date not received any written responses, there are two signs to every story but they only stand by there side of the events.

I received a PCN for no payment via an ANPR car park so I provided my parking ticket receipt of payment for the duration. I Was accused of not following the T&C as only 1 letter of my car reg printed. I did input my full reg and so appealed on that bases. It was rejected by TPS and independent parking appeals process POPLA I receive legal threats of enforcement. I was taken to court and today won my case. Reference Total parking solutions limited vs Ackerman at Luton justice centre. Before this the same machine swallowed cash with out providing me with a ticket so I paid by phone also. The provider of that phone payment told me to go to TPS direct for the refund of cash. TPS didnt refund me under the defence I had no evidence the machine took my coins. I hope people can use my case as an example law to fight these unfair charges.

Appalling service! I have paid for an annual parking ticket at Wadenhoe and yet for the 2nd time this year, and 3rd time overall I have received another PCN through the post. When you challenge the PCN they respond by saying that they will cancel the charge as a gesture of goodwill. They go on to say that 'future parking charges will be enforced'. Here's a suggestion...... Get your act together and stop raising unnecessary and inappropriate charges, and stop wasting people's time!!!!!!
