I have used Osprey for a few years, I can honestly say I've never had cause to complain about any aspect of their service, they are easy to contact, friendly and professional. I recently had Chloe arrange a move, everything ran exactly on time and communication was excellent.

Absolute terrible company,granted me an early release from a tenancy due to noisy neighbours which they knew about before hand,granted me early release as long as I paid the rent until new tenants was found which I was willing to do and get myself into debt to get out of that hell hole house..as soon as it came to referencing on my new house they refused to sign the reference even though I have paid rent on time every month and that cost me a house and 450 in reference fees.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT RENT 10 or 11 NEWMAN STREET KETTERING,YOULL REGRET IT.

I have chosen osprey in Kettering to sell my property and so far I am over the moon with them, always punctual, very professional, And competitive fees. Vicky worked really hard to get my property on the market within 24-48 hours of valuation, she is professional and easy to communicate with and prompt with feedback, I have sold many houses in the Kettering area and would highly recommend Osprey, I would definitely use them again
