I had an initial conversation with Simon from Unumbox to discuss where my previous website had short comings, we decided it best to start afresh on a new project rather than update the old one. After telling Simon and his team what I wanted the new website to achieve they came back with a design for my approval or amendments, the team were happy to refine it as requested with my input as well as their professional opinion. They also completed all the copy for the website with myself checking the content afterwards. They also showed me how I can make small changes to content and design of the website myself so I can tweak it as desired. The new website created by Unumbox has been live approximately 3-4 months now and I have been very happy to see the website continually climb the ranks in search engines whereas the previous build had not after 6 months or more. I now rank in the top 5 search results on google for my services in my area. The new website has not only has brought in more traffic and visitors by having visibility in search engines but also has been designed to encourage visitors to get in touch by having calls to action throughout turning visitors into prospective clients. Simon has offered ongoing support after the website had gone live to continue to refine it by looking at customer interactions and how it can be improved. We have recently introduced a live chat feature to trail this rather than the traditional contact form. Its great to see the team continue to be of help after the initial work has been done and look forward to continually improving and working with Unumbox.

I definitely recommend Unumbox for their twitter training. Simon & Becky made the session really interesting and clear and gave some great tips on setting up our twitter profile and sending our first tweets. They also gave us a tool to help us generate tweets for the next 30 days. You can see my tweets @brandmythingy. Judge for yourself.

Although they did not build me a personal website they did support a team with their requirements that I had put their way. Simon and his staff fullfilled a vision for a business where other web companies only saw problems. Unumbox saw solutions, that was the difference. An excellent local company with ambition.
