I had brought my sister a print for Christmas and had got a frame to go alongside the gift. Unfortunately, the print didn't quite match up to the mount inside the frame. Went into ZanArt to see if they were able to help me.
They were absolutely fantastic and offered to cut the mount so that the whole print was showing in the frame! They did it there and then and definitely saved me a stressful task of having to return the frame and buy another one! Best of all, they didn't charge me for the service!
Would 100% recommend them as their customer service was exemplary, even though I hadn't bought the frame from them!
Will defo be back! Thanks guys - my sister loved the present!
