Hmmm..... where do i start right -location considering i travelled there in the morning 7-8am, no traffic, easy access, simple route in and out -Equipment, everything You need as beginner as well as advanced members will be satisfied and happy with the variety of machines, dumbbells, bars, grips, ropes etc etc You call it You name it THEY HAVE IT THERE -Gym floor, well planned and thought thru out, cardio, weights, fitness again its all there -Supplements MENTAL brand, wow my mind is blown the pre-workout was on point, just the way i like it, protein shake with a banana right after amazing full of flavour -Staff, polite, friendly and very helpful, took me around for the tour showed me all around, explained everything properly, honestly if every gym had a staff like that geee brilliant! -Car park, on site for all members, so You don't have to worry about it -Music, good taste puts You in the right mind for a workout, so if You don't have or forgotten headphones, don't worry -Price, affordable day pass or monthly i strongly believe it is affordable for everyone Overall thoughts, I'm very happy and satisfied from the whole experience, took me a day pass and I'm a member now, even thou in not from Kettering neither near by area as it takes me 50mins to travel there, I will be definitely coming back again.
