Worst experience ever. I've been waiting 3 months to receive memorandum of sale. Ive sent a lot of emails fro updates and many times the owner just ignored that....This week I've been informed that the Lime Tree owner been abroad and haven't seen email from the seller that he planning to pull out his property from the market. I've lost my money taken by solicitor checks and faith, that people can be fair.

If I could give 0 star on this letting agency, I would not hesitate to give it and let people know how such unprofessional and bad behaviour that lady from Lime Tree Lettings. I mentioned to that letting agency that I spent a whole week cleaning the flat and I spent nearly 100 to rent and buy the cleaning tools and products to clean the flat. And I said to that letting agency my issues on the flat and please inform the landlord. And she just kept aviod my issues on the flat. And I said the curtains are still so dirty and need to be replaced or find someone professionals to clean it. The letting agency said she would bring something special to try to clean the stains on the curtains. BUT She just brought a bottle of very common cleanser to clean the curtains a bit then she gave up and because she said she got another appointment and have to go very soon.And I mentioned again then what to do with the curtains which most of them are still quite dirty and quite a few mould . And i just want my issues to sort it out . And i spoke to her in not a rude manner . But then she just wasn't happy with me which i am the tenant. Then she ended up arguing with me in the flat I rented through her and shouted at me first. And she even slammed the door then just left. I can't believe the letting agency can be so rude to the tenants and unprofessional. She even didn't give me the inventory and check in report when I just moved in until I asked for it after one month. I cannot believe a letting agency could be so unprofessional and rude to the tenants and keep avoiding the issues of the rental flats. I highly recommend that please do not rent a property through the lady from Lime Tree Lettings. Please AVOID it.

I rented through Limetree Lettings for nearly two and a half years. I found Limetree to be very easy to deal with, very professional and very friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Limetree Lettings to anyone.. Mark Gilbert...
