Dryland Surgery

awful surgery. Absolutely no care for your well-being. I put in a compliant about my doctor and was told that would all done the same and I wouldnt be allowed another doctor even though Id said I didnt trust my doctor. Just told to send in another email and see what happens! Disgusting!

I've now TWICE requested a prescription they haven't processed. I've been told I can't have more than 28 days of my daily medicine at a time which causes me more anxiety and I'm now on more medication because of this added stress. I now have to come back again and I'm out of meds because the doctor I SPOKE TO 4 days ago didn't bother to process my prescription. Absolutely shocking service. Will be finding somewhere else.

I deal with lots of different surgerys on a daily basis with my job, but Dryland surgery & staff are brilliant never cease to amaze me. How do they get it so right, when all the others get it so wrong. They really are fantastic. Receptionists are always lovely and I never wait for long for them to answer the phone. I have the same GP, ALWAYS. Dont wait long for appointments or offered an appointment with the nurse. Really cant think of anything negative to say about any of them. Just hope that to many people dont register with them and they get so busy, they lose their unique ability to you feel like a person and not a number.

Incredibly polite and professional staff who are able to accommodate a wide variety, if not all, needs. However, some doctors do seem rather tense and a little overproffesional...but overall, I get the service I need and fast.
