        Terrible - booked a taxi 13th Dec for an event on 16th. Taxi never turned up and when i called on Friday night i was told they had no record and i didn't book it with them - no offer of an alternative taxi. I've checked my call logs and i definitely booked with Broughton. I was 40 minutes late in the end, booking and waiting for an alternative. I missed the welcome and starters of a corporate dinner event which was wasted expense. Wouldn't recommend unless you're happy to be left in the lurch.
