        If your looking to explore learning about martial arts, self defence, keep fit etc, this place is great for all of that. Andy was a great mentor and teacher to me. I learnt a lot at my time there, when time allows I will be back again. Andy keeps the place nice, clean and well ran. I was reviewing some local businesses and this came up on my list.
