        On visiting the rushden lakes restaurant 4/3/23, 1st of all we were shouted at across the restaurant to shut the outside door (um unprofessional). Greated with "how many? Any allergies, follow me" we ordered our food (which we felt abliged to) i was shocked to not get any garnish or any thing on the side for what they charge. The bill came and was charged a service charge that we were not aware of (this should be made clear when ordering food). I asked if i could use my blue light discount (website says you can) and was told not on a weekend. My friend and i payed separately for our food when i paid for my meal the waitress even asked me if i would like my change. (Ummmmm let me think......... YES. YOU CHARGE SERVICE CHARGE, CAN'T USE BLUE LIGHT CARD AT THE WEEKEND AND THE PRICE'S ARE OVER RATED AND YOU STILL ASK IF I WANT MY CHANGE. SORRY WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING

        Love a hand stretch stone baked pizza. Had pizzas from wildwood a while back in a celebratory mood. The toffee pudding was amazing too!
