        Ordered a furniture cover and paid by paypal. No email confirmation received. Then today have had a paypal refund notification so assume the item isnt available Very poor communication

        Placed order last week, paid via paypal. No confirmation email, the emial I sent to them was blocked, not answering phone. Don't know when or even IF I'm going to receive my order. Disgraceful.

        I ordered a bbq cover, which, compared to other websites, was very competitively priced. I did not receive a confirmation email, as I expected, even though it stated that I would so I was a bit worried. However, several days later my order arrived on the doorstep so all was well. Great item, great price and quick delivery so absolutely no complaints!

        Zero communication from the company Paideven though paid via PayPal. Goods received today without any notification and had thought they'd just grabbed the money and run. Communication is the key!
