Reserving a property with Morris Homes was the single worst experience I have ever had with any company. 3 words define Morris Homes as a company and their staff: - Rude - Uncaring - Unreasonable They do not care about how they build their homes. Once they had my reservation deposit they ignored any queries and were overall uncooperative. During my reservation I highlighted numerous issues and damage to the property, which was extensive and even including but not limited to: - Holes in the interior/exterior walls - Dead grass because rubble was left under the turf - Peeling sealant - Badly cut flooring (which I paid extra for) When I highlighted issues with Morris Homes, I found that they will always tell you one thing in person, but then they will not bother to rectify any of their failings. The best I received was someone attempting to bodge damage with touchups and a trigger happy person with a sealant gun. They regularly informed me throughout that Morris Homes has a 2 year warranty so any problems I found would be better sorted once I had moved in. (Read the trustpilot reviews on how effective Morris Homes are in their warranty period). They also did not correctly follow their own site plans and drawings which I signed to when reserving. I recommend taking pictures of every document you sign in the sales office. I wish I had never I embarked on my Morris Homes journey of pure disappointment. I've attached some photos to highlight what was Morris Homes' final product.
