        Was denied access to room and seemed unable to contact anyone for correct code. Had to make other arrangements. Still no confirmation on refund. I did get an apology and correct code shortly after 10pm, unfortunately was on way elsewhere.

        I booked a room at this place for 16th April 2022 and I got charged a few days before my arrival. Suddenly I got an email from the property saying that my arrival date was successfully modified. The property amended my booking for the same date but a year later 2023 without any notice. I am glad I check my emails regularly. I called the property and they said that they will accommodate me in a different property, which never happened. I had to find a different accommodation last minute and spend extra money! Be super careful when booking this place and check your emails before you travel.
